Kurdistan parliament demands reducing size of budget of three presidencies in region

ERBIL, June 18 (AKnews) - The finance and economics committee in the Kurdistan Region’s parliament announced today about requesting the presidency of the parliament to reduce the size of the budget of the three presidencies.
The presidencies include the presidency of the region, the parliament and the government.
Mohammed Hussein Fares said: "The finance and economy committee in the parliament called for the allocation of 100bn IQD from the general budget of the region for the current year for areas that witnessed displacement and demolition in Kurdistan by the former Iraqi regime, in addition to the allocation of 120bn IQD of that budget for the national campaign to build schools in the region, and the allocation of 120bn IQD to support the students in the region, which includes sending students abroad to complete their higher education studies.
"The committee also called for reducing the size of the budget of the presidency of the region from 66.5bn IQD dinars to 50bn IQD and reduce the size of the budget of the presidency of the parliament from 68.3bn to 60bn IQD, in addition to reducing the size of the budget of the presidency of the Council of Ministers from 221bn to 200bn IQD, and reduce the budget of provincial councils from 53bn IQD to 50bn IQD."
The general budget of the Kurdistan Region proposed for the year 2012 is estimated to be 15.2tr IQD.
Kurdistan parlimen menuntut mengurangkan saiz bajet tiga presiden di rantau

Arbil, 18 Jun (AKnews) - kewangan dan jawatankuasa ekonomi dalam Parlimen Wilayah Kurdistan hari ini mengumumkan mengenai meminta jawatan presiden parlimen untuk mengurangkan saiz bajet tiga presiden.
Presiden termasuk presiden rantau ini, parlimen dan kerajaan.
Tambang Mohammed Hussein berkata: "jawatankuasa kewangan dan ekonomi di parlimen dipanggil untuk peruntukan 100bn IQD dari bajet umum rantau ini bagi tahun semasa bagi kawasan yang menyaksikan anjakan dan perobohan di Kurdistan oleh bekas rejim Iraq, sebagai tambahan kepada peruntukan daripada 120bn IQD bahawa bajet untuk kempen nasional untuk membina sekolah-sekolah di rantau ini, dan peruntukan daripada 120bn IQD untuk menyokong pelajar di rantau ini, yang termasuk menghantar pelajar ke luar negara untuk melengkapkan kajian pendidikan tinggi mereka.
"Jawatankuasa ini juga dipanggil untuk mengurangkan saiz bajet presiden rantau ini dari dinar IQD 66.5bn 50bn IQD dan mengurangkan saiz bajet presiden parlimen dari 68.3bn 60bn IQD, di samping mengurangkan saiz bajet presiden Majlis Menteri-menteri dari 221bn 200bn IQD, dan mengurangkan bajet majlis wilayah dari 53bn IQD kepada 50bn IQD. "
Belanjawan am Wilayah Kurdistan yang dicadangkan bagi tahun 2012 dianggarkan untuk menjadi IQD 15.2tr.
